We host or sponsor many events throughout the year at Hartwick Pines State Park. Check out our Upcoming Events and mouse-over them for available details or to register to volunteer.

April 18th - Maple Syrup Day

July 18th & 19th - Wood Shaving Days

August 8th - Forest Fest

August 22nd & 23rd - Black Iron Days

October 3rd - Harvest Fest (campers only)

We are seeking Artisan Demonstrators to participate in Wood Shaving and Black Iron Days by showing how wood and iron tools and wares were crafted in the late 1800's. Download our 2019 Festival Registration Packet for more information!

If you are interested in volunteering for any of these events, mouse-over the event on the list for more information or to register. We need general volunteers to assist with: setup / breakdown, check-in, parking, etc.
